Counseling and Education that moves with you.

Relationships are hard. Parenting is hard. The military adds a whole new challenge. With ever changing schedules, transitions, and communities it is normal to feel lost in constant conflict. I know you are miles from family members, and sometimes those social media groups just aren’t enough when things just seem to keep getting worst. You need support. You need resources.

Welcome!

If you are new to this type of experience, welcome! I know this can feel scary, embarrassing, or even threatening to invite someone into your personal life, and family. Please feel free to click the learn more button and explore if you think I would be a good fit in providing support for you and/or your significant other to learn, grow, and heal!

I hope to offer you a space to explore your confidence, compassion, and knowledge as an individual, parent, and partner.

Let’s add more resources to your disposable and put effective action to conflict!

Supportive in Parenting and Relationship Research

Relationship and parenting advice is everywhere. Social media sites can have you consumed on the next thing to try or make you believe your relationship is hopeless. I stay up to date on current research with a focus on information related to how our brain works. Conflict in a marriage is normal and can be healthy. Putting action and resources to work strengthens your relationship with your partner and your kids, so when the next deployment or PCS happens, and tensions are high, you are ready.

“What if we move or I deploy?”

This platform along with the virtual capabilities of today means I move with you. I too was frustrated at finding another therapist or counselor every time I moved! Or referring a client to someone else after building a trusting relationship, when sometimes all they needed was a check in after an exhausting move, a temporary conflict, or a refresh after a deployment.
